You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

I changed my lifetime ISA from Moneybox to Tembo around 15 months ago. I can’t fault them. They are very helpful if you contact them and long term they offer very good mortgage advice. Also very importantly they offer a good interest rate!! Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Excellent provider and customer service. 100% recommend

The transfer in process was really easy and completed quickly. They kept me up to date through the process. There was an issue when first setting up me account and I reached out for help.
