Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Tembo feels modern

I’ve had a really positive experience with Tembo Bank so far. The app is easy to use and makes it straightforward to keep track of savings and account activity. One thing I particularly like is how clearly everything is explained, especially around savings options and interest rates, which makes it feel more transparent than many traditional banks. The sign-up process was quick and smooth, and I appreciated how simple it was to get started without unnecessary steps. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I’ve had questions, responding in a friendly and professional way. A big benefit is the focus on helping people build their savings, which feels encouraging and motivating. The features available make it easier to set goals and stay on track financially. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that as a newer bank there are still some features I’d like to see added over time, but the current experience is already very solid. Overall, Tembo Bank feels modern, transparent and focused on helping customers improve their financial situation.
