Tembo are amazing!

Tembo are amazing! Communication was first class. They put my faith back in mortgage brokers. Sadly when I was buying my first house the broker I used didn’t call me back, never kept me updated on my application and left me completely in the dark until I suddenly received a letter in the post telling me I had a mortgage offer. It was a terrible experience. Tembo were nothing like that, the complete opposite. I received updates every couple of days so I never had to chase them. My advisor and case manager were so friendly, helpful and reassuring. They really took the time to support me buying my next home. I will forever be grateful to them. We highly recommend Tembo Money: Mortgage Broker, we used them as existing Lifetime ISA customers, which meant that broker fees were waived. Jessica and Gemma have been amazing throughout to help us secure a mortgage offer from Skipton, clear, detailed and prompt communication, and always happy to help with any queries we had throughout the process. Following an initial call with Zach for initial checks on 28th December 2025, and a broker call with Jessica on 7th January 2026, to securing a mortgage offer on 20th January 2026!
