Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Making my remortgaging easy

Beth and Callum were excellent in helping me with my remortgage enquiry. Beth talked through my options and guided me in picking the one that best suited my requirements. Then Callum talked me through the process and updated me on what was happening when required. The best people to go to for all your mortgage needs!.

Jess and Matt were great and really helpful all the way through the process. They made a very stressful time trying to get a mortgage alone with only a years self employed books easier and helped me to find a solution so I could buy a lovely home for me and my children and I am now happily moved in. Remortgaging with them has been super easy!

Remortgaging with them has been super easy! Very efficient and always answer my emails promptly. Super helpful on the phone too. Got my first mortgage with them as well, a tricky find as I was on a PhD stipend so most lenders wouldn't consider me. Tembo managed to find me two lenders when I'd been rejected by previous brokers. Excellent first time buyer experience

This was our first time buying a property in London. We chose Tembo as our mortgage broker, but were thoroughly impressed that they made a mortgage offer within a week of our house offer being accepted! We really appreciate Jo and Callum, who responded very quickly and completed the process in no time with minimal stress.
