Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Tembo are amazing!

Tembo are amazing! Communication was first class. They put my faith back in mortgage brokers. Sadly when I was buying my first house the broker I used didn’t call me back, never kept me updated on my application and left me completely in the dark until I suddenly received a letter in the post telling me I had a mortgage offer. It was a terrible experience. Tembo were nothing like that, the complete opposite. I received updates every couple of days so I never had to chase them. My advisor and case manager were so friendly, helpful and reassuring. They really took the time to support me buying my next home. I will forever be grateful to them. The best out there!

I can’t recommend Tembo, in particular Paul and Jess, enough. After finding a property we initially approached a local broker who was reluctant to help due my partner being self employed and the difficulties surrounding this. After feeling extremely disheartened and impossible, I found Tembo online who put me into contact with Paul and Jess. Paul and Jess were amazing from start to finish, they patiently talked us through all of our options, made it possible and we have since moved into our first home. Nothing felt like too much trouble, they were always on hand to help and very responsive. We even had calls of a weekend and evenings which was extremely helpful and important as a shift worker. The whole process was easy and seamless, both Paul and Jess always kept us updated throughout and I simply couldn’t have asked for more.
