Dynamic Duo!

I reached out to Tembo based on their 5 star Trust Pilot reviews online and they did not disappoint. Every review online about Ruth and Jess they completed lived up to at every stage of the process. From my first initial appointment with Ruth I had everything explained to me in so much detail, and then I was passed to Jess who never let a day pass without an update. Excellent service overall. I felt they genuinely cared about finding a mortgage that matched my parameters and were responsive throughout the process. However, I would have appreciated more proactive guidance on optimisation. I later realised that increasing my deposit slightly would have unlocked a better rate, which wasn’t suggested at the time.
