Fantastic Advisors

Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Sophie and Elly

Sophie and Elly have both been brilliant with helping me secure my mortgage. Any questions I have had or needed to ask they have always responded to me quickly and have also made them self's available on the phone if I just need a quick chat. We are currently in the process of a remortgage/ finding a new deal using Tembo and so far the experience has been superb. We originally used tembo to apply for our first mortgage 2 years ago & have gone back to use their services again because of how reliable and efficient they are. Tara & Amy have been our point of contacts & we cannot fault their expertise/ customer service. Tembo & their services will be something we continue to use in the future. Great experience!

I had a fantastic experience with Tembo Money mortgage service. Matt Thomas was excellent from start to finish, he made sure all the documents were prepared properly, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. His communication was clear and consistent from the very beginning, which really gave me confidence throughout. Elly was also brilliant, keeping me regularly updated on the progress of my application and always being available to answer any questions I had. It was reassuring to know I could reach out at any time and get helpful responses. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Tembo Money.
