Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Friendly service overall

Friendly service overall, when cases are swapped over it’s not necessarily the most helpful as the ‘connection’ is lost and may end up repeating your self, which is understandable but can be avoided. The Tembo team consistently went above & beyond.

Although I unfortunately wasn’t able to secure a mortgage due to the property being next to a commercial premisses, the Tembo team were excellent, communicative. From webinars, opening a LISA (at a very competitive rate, and getting me my first time buyer mortgage within literally 3 days, there is not a single negative thing to say about my experience with Tembo.
