Proactive in dealing with anything that comes up. Excellent communications. Prompt responses. Pleasant to deal with, making the whole process smooth. Tembo are the best Mortgage Brokers on this planet.

Our initial contact was Paul Herbert, he worked very hard in finding us a Mortgage lender that would work with us. Once it was set up he passed it over to Jessica Eley who was very intentive. Excellent would highly recommend

As a first time buyer, the Mortgage process can very daunting, having someone to answer all the questions, appreciate your circumstances and give you the right guidance is priceless. Paul and Jess have been unbelievable, always helpful and supportive. Paul is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, explained all the options and genuinely wanted to find a solution.. Jess handed the administrative parts of the process faultlessly, providing updates and keeping me informed every step of the way. As a self employed person I would recommend

As a self employed person I have been trying to get on the property ladder for some time, despite having a decent deposit and a great credit score. Brokers I spoke to told me I wouldn't be able to borrow enough. I found Tembo and thought it was worth a last try...I'm so glad! Paul and Jess have both been brilliant, responding quickly to messages, keeping me updated and working really hard to get me an offer that means I can finally get on the property ladder.
