Brokers go the extra mile! 5* service!

I highly recommend Rob and Rebecca at Tembo! As a first-time homebuyer, I was new to the process, but they patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. Rob even took time on his day off to meet with me and ensure my mortgage application was submitted before his holiday. As first time buyers we were totally lost.

As first time buyers we were totally lost. We came across Tembo and spoke with Rob, and later Rebecca who were both absolutely amazing. From the initial phone call Rob took the time to explain everything clearly. He set the proper expectations, and answered all our silly questions (all 5000 of them) with patience and professionalism. The entire time I felt informed and in a position to make the right decisions. Buying a house is such a crucial and important step and having the right people guiding you can help to make or break the process, especially as a first time buyer. We're now in possession of our mortgage offer and hope for a smooth journey from here on out. We couldn't have gotten this far without Tembo. Every time I've spoken to them I've felt confident

I initially got in touch with Ryan in November to discuss potential mortgage options as I had no idea where to start. He was kind, listened to what I needed and was always positive. When the time came to apply for the mortgage he was brilliant with finding alternative solutions quickly, keeping me updated. Chelsea has also been amazing coordinating getting the offer through and sorting the paperwork. Terrific Tembo

This is the first time we’ve used Tembo and we have been extremely satisfied with their service from day one. They have been available, including weekends, whenever we have needed their help, support and advice. Following conversations, they have been efficient in carrying out our instructions and have kept us in the loop regularly. There is a one-off fee of £499 only payable when the mortgage is offered. However, particularly as our situation was complex, this fee is worth it. We would highly recommend Tembo and will definitely use their services again in the future. Reviewed on: 18th February 2024
