Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Amazing customer service!!!!!!

Amazing customer service. Everyone who works there is incredible and nothing is too much work for them. Extremely flexible to fit into our daily routes and more than happy to have appointments in the evenings. The reason I am able to buy

Tembo is the only reason I was able to buy my first property at 21 years old. I'm a self employed young adult who saved up a deposit for a first flat. I decided I wanted to see if I could buy so I went through another broker only to tell me that it's not possible! I was determined and found Tembo who made everything possible with their booster offer. Because of Tembo I've secured a mortgage on my first flat and I'm very close to moving in soon! I completed my remortgage through Tembo and they made it so simple! The initial website experience was super slick and user friendly. I then spoke to experts at Tembo, who found out more about me and what I was trying to do. They guided me through the process, explaining what documents we needed and tried to pre-empt any lender questions.
