Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. I thought I had no hope of getting a mortgage, I'd been to countless websites and got the same response. Tembo's website showed me a family option which I hadn't considered.
