Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Tembo saved my home

I was in a position where due to a relationship breakdown, I was likely to lose my home. I was desperate to keep it, but standard mortgage brokers were unable to help. When I spoke to Tembo they were positive and really put my mind at ease. They helped me to get into a position where I could keep my house with assistance from my Dad using ways that no other broker had suggested. It worked out well for me, and even my Dad was happy as he ended up in a position where his monthly fees were fixed and lower than what he was paying before. Tembo really helped me during a stressful and upsetting time in my life and I can't praise them enough. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

TOP CLASS MORTGAGE BROKER

Tembo were able to assist in finding the right mortgage to fit our needs, we had found the property just needed to get a good rate. Andy was efficient and clear to advise what our options were and the different products were explained to me in layman's terms - a massive help to understand all the different rates and terminology. Always happy to answer the phone and explain any questions or concerns we had before submitting the application. We swiftly got the approval through and then just had to await completion.
