Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Service & Efficiency

The service was top class, quick, easy and efficient. They took time to understand our situation and worked around our affordability. When i challenged that i found a cheaper rate through a different website, they explained to me very specifically and honestly with all the calculations the reason that product wasn't right for me. Tembo were helpful from the very beginning and gave us all the information we needed as first time buyers and gave us good advice and felt like we could trust what we were being told. The process progressed quickly thanks to our Broker Glen & case manager Callum. We always felt like we were a priority and were always on the lookout so save us money by getting us the best deal. Great experience as first time buyers

We were both first time buyers and did not know anything about buying a home. Charlotte and Poppy guided us throughout the process, answered every question we had and carefully reviewed our documents to ensure our application would be successful and quick, which it was! They were both very communicative and easy to reach (answered typically within 1 working day, sometimes even less). We would highly recommend Tembo, especially if you have a savings account with them as this amazing service was free of charge. Amazing Experience!

My experience with Tembo has been phenomenal. My mortgage advisor Saul alongside my case manager Jodie provided an amazing experience for me. Buying a first home is stressful enough without any additional obstacles which I unfortunately had to face.
