Fantastic Advisors

Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. My prospects were close to zero, Tempo made my solo mortgage dreams a reality!

As a newly single mother of 2 I found myself in the highly stressful situation of having to save to buy out my ex as well as apply for a mortgage to sustain a previously shared property on my own. As a self-employed creative in the music industry (whose income was close to zero during the pandemic!) the future was looking pretty bleak. Thanks to Tembo I secured my mortgage and future, just in the nick of time before interest rates sky rocketed towards the end of August 2022.
