Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Outstanding service and knowledge from the start (Helena & Poppy for mortgage application & Wendy for financial security advice) all questions were answered without any issues, great support and advise and excellent communication. Great Experience From Bethany & Callum

We experienced an amazing service first from Bethany who was really patient with us while we searched for a house. She provided clear information and guidance. Then once we found the house we wanted Callum worked at a tremendous pace. Within less than a fortnight of viewing the property we had a mortgage offer. Everything went so smoothly and quickly. We had such a positive experience with Tembo. Our first contact was Bethany, she was really easy to talk to and showed great patience with us as first time buyers who didn't really know the process or what to expect. Once we had found a house and had an offer accepted, Bethany worked quickly to get our mortgage application in and was very helpful and professional. Once our mortgage application was submitted we were then looked after by Callum. He kept us updated every step of the way and a week later was able to tell us the good news that our mortgage had been approved. Highly recommend Tembo for first time buyers.
