Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. As a first time buyer with a bit of an interesting credit history I was relieved to work with a broker without judgement. I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Furmston as my case manager and she was very knowledgable and informative, helping me with enthusiasm all the way though to completion.
