Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. We have bee trying to find a specific lender for a few months, Elly and kerry managed to find a lender in just a matter of days. They were very professional and I can't speak highly enough of them and how they went about their jobs. Kept us in constant progress and had absolutely no issues at all. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tembo and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Jess and Gemma have both been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. Jess in particular has been an informative and supportive presence from start to finish. As first-time buyers, there was so much we didn’t know, but she took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. She always made herself available to answer our questions and queries, no matter the time of day, which made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. Gemma was also brilliant, ensuring everything stayed on track and providing consistent support along the way. Together they made us feel genuinely cared for and supported, not just like another case number.
