We started our house purchase journey in the spring of 2026. We had to pull out of our first accepted offer once we got the survey back. Since then it has felt like a string of bad luck. Through it all the team from Tembo (Bethany and Callum) have supported us with last minute MIPs when the last one expired soon after submitting an offer. I was a retiree looking for a mortgage, I contact Tembo and they were efficient, friendly and really helpful. Tembo were simply excellent.

It really was a bespoke service, I once worked in HSBC private Bank and the level of service for a small mortgage was on a par. Sincerely, I cannot speak highly enough about Grace and Callum. The time and tenacity to find and get me approved for my mortgage was way beyond good service. Grace then passed the baton to Callum.
