Excellent Experience

I had an excellent experience working with my mortgage broker from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding, and the level of attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process really stood out. Every step was handled with care and professionalism, which made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. What I appreciated most was their personal approach. They took the time to understand my situation and ensured I felt supported and confident in the decisions I was making. Communication was clear and consistent, and I was kept informed at every stage of the process, which gave me real peace of mind. They were also incredibly patient and approachable. No question ever felt like a silly one, and they always took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. That level of reassurance made a big difference. TEMBO remortgage process handled very well.

Luke & Gemma - a credit to Tembo

From the beginning Luke and then Gemma kept us informed. Responded quickly to all our questions and emails. As a retired couple where our income is derived from our pensions, this was never going to be a simple straightforward mortgage. Between them they definitely helped to ensure it was smooth process. Great right from the start.

Tembo were great right from the start. Every phone appointment was bang on time, they listen to what I needed and found a great product which exactly fitted. Elly and Sophie have been absolutely amazing throughout our entire mortgage journey. From the very beginning they have been incredibly supportive, patient, and professional. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but they made the whole process so much easier for us. They were always there to answer every question we had and address any concerns, no matter how small. Their communication was excellent, and they explained everything clearly so we always felt informed and confident about each step. What really stood out was how genuinely caring and encouraging they were. During stressful moments, they reassured us and gave us hope, which meant so much to us.
