Highly Recommended for First-Time Buyers

From starting to save for a deposit to being guided through the process of purchasing my first home, this platform has been fantastic from the start. It has made what can feel like a daunting process much more manageable. The app for adding to your savings is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made building my deposit simple. My advisor, Rachel Woolard, and case manager, Emma Furmston, from Tembo Money, both provided excellent and timely advice throughout. The whole process with Tembo has felt slick, well organised, and efficient. You’re guided step by step, from the initial call through to meeting with a mortgage advisor and then discussing protection insurance, which really helps you understand each stage of the journey. Fantastic experience with Jennifer

My mortgage broker, Jennifer Barber, was extremely helpful and thorough. My mortgage options were slightly different as I had been out of the country for a while, but she explored all of the possibilities available to me. Even when I was ready to give up, she suggested other avenues to consider until we found something that would work. I contacted her several times to review the rate of the mortgage offer I had been given, as I had been checking the rates myself, and she always went back to the lender without any issue.
