Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Fantastic services from Billy and Jodie at Tembo Money

I had a fantastic experience working with Billy Georgiu and Jodie Coxell at Tembo Money for my mortgage application. As a first-time immigrant buyer with no prior experience or knowledge of the UK housing market and processes, I had a lot of (often daft!) questions. Billy was exceptional in handling them all with patience, clarity, and professionalism, making the entire process far less daunting. Once my application was submitted, Jodie ensured I received timely updates, keeping me informed at every stage. Their combined expertise and support made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Now that I have my mortgage offer in hand, I’m hopeful for the same level of support as I move towards completion.
