Would highly recommend Tembo. Fae, Faye, and Elly were incredibly friendly and professional throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze. Arun and Jodie were excellent all throughout the process from finding us the best mortgage deal and providing guidance on term length and initial fixed terms to submitting the application on our behalf. Emma and Jennifer where exceptional!

Both Emma and Jennifer were exceptional when we were applying for a mortgage through Tembo, the communication was excellent with both replying to our queries (first-time buyers) astonishingly fast. Jennifer reviewed our information and requested clarity on a few things that were we to apply ourselves would've likely delayed our application, both kept us up-to-date regularly with the application process. A seamless & supportive process...

As first-time buyers, we found the mortgage process pretty overwhelming at first, but Paul made everything feel straightforward and manageable. He was clear, informative and always happy to share his professional opinion, which gave us real confidence. The whole process was seamless, and our mortgage offer came through just a few days after applying.
