Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Great experience from start to finish!

My husband and I have had a fantastic service from Rhys and Callum from start to finish. Rhys has been very responsive in answering my queries and making me understand the process fully which was invaluable. Rhys offered an extremely friendly service and my Husband and I both felt totally at ease talking through our financial options with him. Callum has been great keeping us up to date with our mortgage application, providing us updates at each stage. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to move home! Connor is amazing

Their app is so useful to get an accurate idea of how much you can afford at an early stage, and from the moment I requested a MIP tembo has held my hand through the whole process, arranging everything from surveyors to conveyancers, and haggling with estate agents on my behalf. I honestly couldn't have done it without them. Connor in particular was absolutely fantastic, so informative yet personable, I really feel that he got to know us and then gave great advice accordingly. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Professional and friendly service

Helena and Jodie took me through the process in a very friendly and professional manner from start to finish! I have had past credit problems so I was nervous but they both reassured me the lender I ended up with was uncharacteristically slow with my application - but they chased and updated me throughout!
