Appalling company

Involved in a crash 4 weeks ago. Car was a total loss, Tesco will not pay the garage storage costs, even though they have known which garage it is being held at from the outset. They have not arranged collection, not sent out an engineer to access it! Constantly chasing them up, given inconsistent advice by different people. Scam company

Fraudster company! AVOID!!!!!!!

I cancelled my insurance over the phone but according to them I did not make it very clear so they kept charging me for the insurance. Now they are asking me to pay for a month although I was already insured somewhere else. THIEVES! Reviewed on: 4th November 2022

Don't bother

Absolutely dreadful. No communication and I've literally done their job for them. You'd probably be better off with no insurance than with Tesco. Reviewed on: 4th November 2022

Damage repair still outstanding

It is now two weeks since I made my claim with Tesco Insurance, my car bumper was damaged when a van backed into it when parked outside my home. Details were exchanged and I made my claim with Tesco on 15th October. I was informed that their recommended body shop would be in touch to book it in for repair. Since then I have been constantly messed around by both the repair shop and Tesco, with the repair shop saying they have not received authorisation from Tesco, and Tesco saying they will look into it! I have phoned Tesco’s on most days trying to get this sorted but still my damaged car sits outside my home! Please do NOT EVER choose Tesco’s for your car insurance!! Reviewed on: 30th October 2022

Poor service rubbish

Gave the courtesy car after 15days its difficult to call them waiting the call to answer for more than 1hr and after you they answer your call they only said I WILL CALL YOU BACK but not they calling back on the next day you will call same scenario very stressful insurance and rubbish Reviewed on: 28th October 2022

Appalling Service

Involved in an accident over a month ago. I have continually chased and had to contact them. Appalling customer service. No customer support/care from them at all. Awful

Was involved in a hit and run. 9 days later I still have no courtesy car....! Nobody has called me to keep me updated on anything. I have had to chase everything myself. Communication is shocking.
