COMPLETELY AWFUL! I placed an order to exchange currency and recieved a notification that I would receive it by post (which I paid for) by 1pm the following day. The money was taken from my account straight away. Having waited all of the following day I did not recieve my order. I emailed the Currency Club with no response back. I eventually received my order having sent three separate emails four days later. I called the Currency Club and despite having recieved a notification that the order would arrive the following day and money being taken out of my bank account on the day of my order I was simply told that it was a glitch. I have submitted a complaint and was told I would be contacted back with 14 days, yet three weeks on no one from the Currency Club has bothered to investigate and respond to my complaint. I do not recommend The Currency Club, and will never be useing them again. Do not use if you want a quick and reliable service. Reviewed on: 27th October 2021

I have used Currency Club for multiple trips using multiple currencies. The currency is delivered super fast and beats high street rates hands down! They keep you up to date for every stage of the process. I couldn't recommend them higher for currency exchange Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

This was the first time I had used the Currency Club, buying my travel money online was easy and hassle free, money was delivered on the day that I had requested by the Royal Mail tracked delivery service , I would definitely recommend using the Currency Club. Reviewed on: 29th January 2020

Been an existing customer with The Currency Club for acres years now and each time I use them for my travel money, it's been easy and trouble free.
