Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Fast reliable service.

Great company for your foreign exchange

Quick and easy with excellent exchange rate

I ordered Euros in the wake of the Tory victory in order to take advantage of the sudden favourable move in the exchange rate. After comparing exchange rates, the Currency Club (who I've used before) came out tops in exchange rate and buying currency was quick and easy. The cash arrived as requested. Greats Rates, Quick & Consistent Service

I've used The Currency Club on more than 10 occasions now and I have never had any issues. Recorded delivery puts me at ease that my delivery will arrive properly, and their free next day service is great for the customer.
