Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Never used before, ordering was good and was kept up to date, Royal Mail confirmed they had received the money and were in process of arranging delivery, but for delivery the day after I had booked it ? It then arrived on the correct day, caused a bit of a worry . Reviewed on: 26th November 2019
