Denomination too high

Ordered a few times through SterlingFX but disappointed at the denomination sent this time. I requested small notes and I understand this is not guaranteed but to send 80% of my order in 100 & 50 euro notes was not what I wanted. I was told after emailing the company that I requested mixed notes but my email confirmation from them clearly states small denomination.
