Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. Best service I have ever had!!

Currency order

Would have liked to select denominations as in some countries it is more difficult to change larger notes. Royal Mail delivery is usually very reliable in delivering before 1 next day. This didn’t happen but currency club followed up non delivery very quickly which impressed me. Reviewed on: 31st January 2018

The best foreign currency rates delivered in the simplest manner

I have now bought my currency from the Currency Club on about six consecutive occasions and would not now consider any other supplier. The rates offered always seem consistently better than other well-known firms specialising in foreign currency and incomparably better than the clearing banks. A further bonus is the lack of bank charges. Ordering is straightforward and reliable, and the client is made completely confident by messages updating progress of the order. There is an excellent choice of options as regards delivery date and time. The money arrives in a simple envelope with the receipt - another example of no-nonense cost-saving.
