I had a problem opening a file from an email I was sent. I rang up for assistance and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I also asked for guidance on how to upload securely a document to their web site ..... the instructions were clear and solved my issue. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

She seems most knowledgeable and able to advise me on the way forward and reassure me that the RIO mortgage I am seeking is theoretically achievable.
