Donnika was fantastic

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Luke Green today in the new business department, he was very professional, polite, extremely patient and very kind. He is a credit to your business and I was very suprised to find someone of his caliber at the end of a phone line. I hope he is destined for great things in your organisation.
