ISA Application

Great to have loyalty products for existing customers with very competitive rates. Accounts are available to open in branch and via post not just online, a real bonus today! Probably as good as you can get

Limited range of savings products but the interest rates seem to be very competitive. Easy access website and competent, friendly staff. Reviewed on: 30th April 2020

Good communications

Your communications are good, but might I suggest that for Joint accounts where both holders are at the same address only one letter is sent addressed to both parties. Reviewed on: 29th April 2020

Family and friendly

Over the years have had savings and mortgages with many building societies, and most are impersonal and generally unhelpful. Family is so different, the recent Annul Savings Summary with its personalised front cover made me smile, and that is a first. Thank you Family. Reviewed on: 28th April 2020

You are Ok and had competitive products for savers

I have received the new style annual savings summary. Looks nice BUT I have to send the interest certificate to my accountant but you should append your name and head office and address on the top right of the certificate page so HMRC see your details. Reviewed on: 27th April 2020

Good rate and easy online account opening

I chose this account because it had the best rate available for an easy-access online-managed ISA at the time. Opening the account was straightforward and the only reason I haven't given a top rating is that I had to print and post a paper form to request a transfer from my old ISA provider. Like the New Annual Savings Summary

Just received the new Annual Savings Summary pamphlet. Big thumbs up. Straightforward design, nice touch with the surname added on front and in logo in handwriting form. Overall, really good. I've not ever received such a personalised pamphlet from any other bank or building society that I have moneyed with. Reviewed on: 25th April 2020
