Great name for a BS, it was like visiting a family, .

I went into the branch and was greeting by very friendly staff. Karen helped me enormously, she helped me fill out my form and put me at ease. She is obviously very experienced and most approachable. Received excelent help from Serena re ISA

Great building society to deal with

I rang to reinvest an 18 month savings bond.

I rang to reinvest an 18 month savings bond. I spoke to Lisa very helpful indeed, clear and very efficient. I asked to take out part of the money plus interest and reinvest the rest. She made it very clear and easy. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024
