Absolutely awful

We need to verify nominated bank details and if we can’t verify them electronically, we ask for a bank statement which also shows your full name and address, or a cancelled cheque. New savings product

Good rates, good service

I have a variable rate savings account - the website is easy to use, and when the BofE interest rates went up, they responded very quickly with improved interest on my savings. It was also quite easy to speak to a real person when I rang customer service. Reviewed on: 26th November 2023

GOOD SAVINGS PRODUCTS

Competitive products. Easy to use website and uncomplicated online application. A query regarding my first savings account with FBS was dealt with efficiently initially via email followed by secure online messaging. My Savings Plan Interest % Rate is quickly notified to me via email, in line with Bank of England Rate changes (so far upwards!). I have various savings accounts with other providers, and FBS is up there with the best. Reviewed on: 25th November 2023
