My pet insurance claim was handled very professionally & resolved in no time at all. The service was excellent with a simple process to follow. I received a telephone call updating me on the claim & was asked if my dog was recovering well from his operation, this personal touch made all the difference. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

We have found the insurance emporium to be extremely helpful and really responsive, we contacted them re an issue with one policy not being active and this was resolved quickly enabling us to make a claim which again was dealt with promptly and payment made!
