Great customer service when I submitted a claim for my cat injured in a road traffic accident. Helpful advisors, speedy issue of claim form and kept informed on the progress of the claim.. All communications written in clear easy to follow language. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Value for money for older dogs insurance

I have had my older dog (15) insured with them for the 3rd year in a row as they keep the price affordable which is rare with an older dog! My dog is very healthy and gets regular health check ups and that never seems to be taken into consideration. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Pet Insurance claim

This is the first pet insurer that did not argue, query and come back with more questions once my pet claim was put in. They paid the claim within two weeks of my vets putting the insurance claim through to them. Fantastic Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
