Straight forward, uncomplicated insurance.

I have unfortunately had to make 2 claims with The insurance Emporium but both times the process was straight forward and no hidden costs or unexpected 'We don't cover that' type of stuff. Are vets were very happy to deal with this particular company as well. Would happily recommend and renew each year. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Good reliable customer service

Horse insurance

After looking around for a long time to find equestrian insurance that covered for vet bills (not just external injury as most insurers do!) and everything else too, I found The Insurance Emporium! Very helpful staff

I switched insurance in the summer. The Insurance Emporium staff were very helpful with my enquiry. Most of the information I required was clear on the IE website but the couple of specific questions I had were dealt with very professionally and helpfully by the IE staff.
