Great Service, Fair and Efficient

We’ve had our pet cat insured with The Insurance Emporium for a little under two years so far. I found it very easy to sign up with them and the documentation is easy to access. I chose them for both the competitive price and because my mum had had great service from them. In that time we have had to make two claims - one for investigations into a leg issue and one for a recurrent eye ulcer. After paying the excess and the monthly cost of the insurance, we are something like £1000 better off than we would have been without insurance. The claims process was straightforward and we received payments in good time. Our cat is a senior cat, now 15, and we expect our premium to go up (in light of his ageing and the claims we’ve had to make) but we plan to stick with The Insurance Emporium as we trust them and like their service. Best price, easiest platform to use

Great pet insurance!

I have 3 pets insured with Emporium and I have had a great experience so far. They have been great when communicating through emails (which is so simple and easy) as well as over the phone. Would recommend for sure! Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Peace of mind

We are a little pet crazy with 5 cats and 2 dogs. Although you never want something to come along where you need to make a claim, we are very appreciative that all of our claims to date have been honoured. The staff have all shown empathy with every contact we have made, even if it's just a query to better understand something. Prompt claims assessment

Prompt assessment of claims and payout. Vet submits claim, no need for phone calls or chasing etc... Email received to say claim received then assessed and when to expect payment direct to bank account. So easy and straightforward to deal with. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Yet to be tested
