We have our two sausage dogs insured with the emporium and this may one of our dogs got ivdd, it was very stressful and worrying, he had to have physio for months and knowing we were cover for this illness was a weight off our minds, they were very helpful and quick to pay back our money for treatments. Taking out pet insurance with the Emporium was effortless. They came up too when it came to offering value for money and the website was surprisingly easy to use.
