Pet insurance made simple

Initially I was attracted to the low price but I was worried what would happen if I had to make a claim as it seemed to good to be true! I needn’t have worried because the friendly advisors made claiming quick and easy. There were no hidden costs that I had missed. I think the policies are made clear and easy to understand for everyone plus there are budgets to suit everyone. Very happy with this company. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Helpful friendly staff who took extra time to make sure policy was right for me

I wanted horse insurance including cover for vets fees for illness as well as accidents. The staff I spoke to took time to go through the policies available carefully to make sure I bought the right product for me and my horse. Really appreciated the service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Efficient.

I’m so glad we choose to ensure our dog with The Insurance Emporium. We’ve had a very positive experience. They are efficient at picking up your call, transferring calls and dealing with claims. I don’t get left on hold, for hours on end, listening to strange music. Claims have always been dealt with in an efficient manner. The Best

I have had 2 dogs insured with Emporium and experienced great customer care. My first dog had a chronic medical condition requiring regular medical care. Emporium were always prompt responding to claims. My second dog regrettably also has a chronic medical problem-just bad luck I suppose. Best Pet Insurance

Had my dogs insured for about 6 years. It’s still one of the cheapest I’ve come across even after making a claim . Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing too much for them to answer any questions or explain things you’re not sure about. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Above and beyond

The insurance emporium have always been prompt with paying out for any claim and even when you do claim the premium doesn’t skyrocket. I have spoken to the team over the phone several times and they are always so helpful - explaining in laymen’s terms anything with the policy that I don’t entirely understand. Honest and accessible

I like the fact that there’s someone (a human) to speak to and a pragmatic and honest attitude. Easy to deal with when making a claim (pretty much all done direct with my vet) and prepared to accommodate me on renewal. And competitively priced too. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
