A great insurance provider

The team has always been very helpful. They dealt with our case very sensitively. Unfortunately our cat of 16 years passed this year but before his passing a number of surgeries, investigations needed to be done. It was a very stressful time for our family but they were there and helped us through the process. Most items were covered anything which wasn’t was clearly stated in our policy. We know we did everything in Rocky’s case and The Insurance Emporium helped to make that possible. I’m grateful for the great customer service and smooth process of the claims service. Best price for the cover I've chosen. I liked that they had multiple policies to suit all. They delivered the documents and checks within the time frame they said. Straight forward.
