Insurance Emporium, for optimal cover, at realistic prices via efficient and friendly service.

Mt dog had his gall bladder out. The insurance company doubled their renewal premium so I moved to the then cheapest option - Insurance Emporium. They hiked their prices in the 2nd year, so I contacted them and they met the cheapest quote I found, so I stayed. They have consistently been the cheapest since. They are also friendly and efficient, more like being the member of a club than being a customer of a hard nosed business! When you read the small print, they also actually offer significantly the best insurance deal. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Fabulous pet insurance provider

The first year we bought insurance from this company for our two dogs we needed help for one of them when we were in Spain. Imagine our concern when one of our dogs needed an operation on both legs whilst abroad. We rang Emporium to let them know about our situation and they were brilliant. Full of concern for our dogs welfare and very helpful providing information on the claim process. Even better as soon as the claim was made a payment was processed right away. Value for money

The Insurance Emporium offers excellent cover and must be one of the best value pound for pound. There is never a delay in settling a claim,although I am speaking from past experience as I have had no reason to claim in the past 2 and a half years. Thank God! I highly recommend this company. Best pet Insurance

Without pet emporium my whippet girl Makita would not be here today. She is now 12 nearly 13 and 5 years ago she got very poorly and he body started shutting down requiring 2 blood transfusions and a cocktail of medication. It was a long road to recovery and as I was insured with you it took the worry and stress away of my higher vet bills as my vets done a direct claim every month and the payment was always made no hesitation. 5 years on she is still on meds but for arthritis and again this is all claimed through my insurance and I can’t thank you and recommend you enough.
