Consistent, supportive and VFM

I have been with the Insurance Emporium for a number of years and have always found them to be extremely supportive and At a time when the cost of living is increasingly challenging and despite having tested the market. Good Value Pet insurance Provider

In my opinion premiums are still good value compared to other providers. They repond quickly to any enquiry and when I made a claim it has been settled in quick time. You can also mange your account online (including claims). Overall a good service from them since 2020. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Our boy charlie

Approximately 8 years ago after lots of research we took out lifetime pet insurance for our 2 dogs with The insurance Imporium. Their costs were really reasonable! Approx 6 yrs ago our Westie Charlie developed a long term illness. PI were amazing always dealt with our claims promptly and efficiently, sadly Charlie passed last Oct. We cannot thank them enough for dealing with our last claim sympathetically. Our positive experience means that we have continued to have our Pet insurance for our Shih-tzu Louis with the insurance Imporium! Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Excellent pet insurance

The Insurance Emporium have been absolutely fabulous with our dog Alfie. He needed extensive very specialist surgery for a rare eye tumour and even became a bit of a minor celebrity after featuring in the local news on TV! We are more than pleased with this pet insurance company

We have a dog 7 years old and he has had a problem which made him sick every time he went out for a walk. This insurance company was more than helpful with our dogs problem and paid back the monies agreed in our contract. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Personal approach.

They offer great cover at an affordable price. When my cat passed away recently they sent a lovely letter about her policy which, while standard issue, was beautifully worded. I’ll definitely use them again. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023
