Friendly knowledgeable and reliable

I have insured my cats with them fora number of years. They are not as costly as many insurers but still offer great service and we're quick to sort out the claim I did have to make a few years ago. Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and knowledgeable and have sorted my queries quickly. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

So easy to get in touch with if you have any queries, there's no waiting for a long time on the phone until you get to speak to someone, and when you do they are very pleasent to talk to, never had any problems with this company I feel confident that my dog is insured by a very good company who are always at the end of the phone if I need any advice about my little furbaby Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

We had two health accidents with one of our cats. The Insurance Emporium had both cases covered in timely manner. We been within this company for five years and we are very happy with the service. Dogs are family

Most of us get insurance, just in case For those of us that are dog mummies they are family and you hope you never need it Our giant schnauzer Murphy was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia when he was one years old It’s such a worrying time firstly quite a big operation. Secondly all the worry trying to keep such a young dog quiet and help with his rehabilitation. The last thing you need is to worry about money I don’t love insurance companies, they always find a way not to pay you when you need it most But these guys were always there to help, and will it mattered.
