Amazing in all aspects!

This was our first time in claiming for our dog who had Mast Cell Tumours. Every person we spoke to was sympathetic , kind and concerned for our beloved dog’s welfare. Our claim was processed quickly, effectively and with minimal stress - a real rarity in today’s world. I’ve never written a review before but am extremely happy to recommend them for an award - they deserve one as they are absolute stars! Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Best Company for Pet Insurance

They are friendly and supportive, and their prices are cheaper than some insurance companies. The staff are all very helpful. In the event of a claim, they can deal with everything for you so you can concentrate on looking after your pet. Always so helpful

As new pet owners in 2020 I looked around and did lots of investigation into pet insurance. I spoke to the staff at The Insurance Emporium and asked lots of questions, all of which they answered. I was very happy with everything they had to offer and took out insurance, I then added another pet and another insurance. I have only had to make one claim in the last 3 years but the Insurance Emporium made it so easy to do. I would recommend them to anyone with pets. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Brilliant from start to finish

I have had dogs for over 30 years all insured. For the last 20 years we have been with the Insurance Emporium. Their terms (very, very important) are clear and concise and their monthly fees extremely competitive. Our recent claim was dealt with and paid within two weeks. The actual claim process was swift and easy, simply downloading the claims form. There telephone lines are also answered swiftly and professionally. In this day and age and current economic climate, The Insurance Emporium has surpassed all my expectations. A breath of fresh air in this ever increasing economic climate.
