Great service

Had to make a claim on pet insurance. Couldn't believe how simple it was, and how quick the payment was made to me. Will put my other dog on this company when the renewal is due Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Terrible

No customer service, don’t care about their customers. We are fully paid up on our premiums and our pet is fully up to date on all vaccinations yesterday they still won’t pay out. Just a rip off. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Really impressed

My cat Bonnie was very poorly. When I had to make a claim regarding her medical care it was easy and straightforward. This was exactly what I needed. I wanted to focus on taking care of my cat rather than worry about paperwork and trying to claim. I have two other cats that are insured with Insurance Emporium and I am confident that they will give me the same service if either of them needs it. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

Reasonably priced

Best pet insurance ever , we have been with these for 6years now , and we own a pug , this insurance has helped with few problems along the way and are fast to pay out , really pleased Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
