I had a really simple issue. I put the wrong billing information while signing up for pet insurance online, which was really easy to do. I called the number provided. I was connected very quickly, the woman was kind and helpful and dealt with my issue promptly. Thank you very much for making this an easy task for me. Wouldn't pay out!

Tried to tell me my cats foreign body was a pre existing condition. They then argued that it wasn't an emergency even though it was in the bottom of his lung and had it not have been removed via endoscopyhe wpuld of needed the bottom of his limg removed Ended up with over £200 left to pay having already paid the excess.
