Pet insurance that does what it says

The forms are easy, paid out fairly quick but missed off a drug given by vet without saying anything/asking why it was given which was a bit of a stress. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Hassle free easy to claim

Great now I know they pay out

Have insured my dog with Insurance Emporium for 8 years. In that time have had to claim for two major back surgeries and other minor ailments. They’ve always paid out, and quickly too. But having the ability to preauthorise those surgeries would have saved a lot of stress and anxiety (especially during covid).. I had to take out a credit card to pay for them and there were many sleepless nights where I worried about what would happen if they didn’t pay out and I was stuck with c.£10k on my card..! Have also had mega price increases each year - but with a dachshund, I guess that’s happening everywhere. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Excellent value and service

Our experience has been all round positive over the past three years. Clear info on what’s covered and what isn’t, reasonable rates and hassle free and quick to settle on the two occasions we’ve had to make a claim for veterinary treatment for our dog. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
