Insurance Emporium must be the best kept secret!

Having received a 50% and then a 75% increase on two of my 'Premium 4k per annum' pet policies with another provider, I figured it was time to change. Having mentioned the increased costs on social media, The Insurance Emporium was recommended to me. There were multiple options to choose from however, I discovered that the Lunar Monthly Policy is renewable monthly! Yes, monthly! So with 6 cats, I chose the Silver option and the introductory discount plus the multi-pet discount came in handy! I had no hesitation in taking out the policies. Received great customer service as I had to change the policy start dates the very next day and this was carried out promptly for me. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Excellent Company, excellent cover

We had all sorts of problems with our horse and to be fair the Insurance Emporium were with us all the way through the troubles, supporting us and guiding us as required. I would definitely recommend them as a first class pet insurance company. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Brilliant pet insurance

Pet insurance

My dog has had allergies since she was 18 months old ,she is now 6 yrs old She has medication every month this includes injections and pills , skin shampoos , also her allergy testing .. it has been effortless putting in claims for Luna's monthly vets treatment, from Emporium insurance , each claim has been paid out , I have had no issues with Emporium, customer service has been exceptional, always polite and happy to help always happy to chat ...top marks Emporium!!!
