Great customer service

I have an ongoing claim for my dog for the last 3 years, we pay the bills upfront & get reimbursed by the insurance company, payment is very prompt & have only had to question the amount of a claim once (which turned out was a mistake at my vets) the customer service provider was extremely helpful & it was sorted out within a week.
